Emily Craig Senior Physiotherapist (Women’s Health and Pilates)
Emily has over 10 years experience as a physiotherapist and has worked in private practice and the private hospital settings. Emily is passionate about patient centred and holistic care. As a mum of 2 boys, she understands the juggle of prioritising health amongst family life. She is passionate about providing education and realistic advice, and helping women prioritise themselves and their health.
Emily enjoys helping women during and after pregnancy and helping women recover from pelvic floor and gynaecological surgery. She loves to work with you - whether it is a return to running plan, home exercise program or liaising with your PT/gym trainer to guide your safe return to exercise. Along being trained in pelvic floor muscle training, prolapse management, urinary incontinence and bowel issues, Emily is also trained in musculoskeletal issues and can help you with your back, neck, shoulder and wrist pain.
When she is not at work you will find her running around at the park with her husband (also a physio) and her 2 boys or cruising around the shops. She loves weight training at The Yard Gym-Varsity Lakes and walking around the Mudgeeraba park run track.
