Alison Jeffrey Senior Physiotherapist (Women’s Health and Pilates)
Alison is an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist with 17 years of clinical experience and extensive postgraduate training in women’s and pelvic health.
Her special interests include pelvic and persistent pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual pain, pregnancy and birth preparation, postnatal rehabilitation, and return to exercise.
With a background in both musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy, Alison takes a whole-body, evidence-informed approach to treatment. Her own experience with significant pain and rehabilitation has also shaped her strong interest in persistent pain and helping women rebuild confidence and trust in their bodies.
