We offer Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates, a great way to bond with your baby while focusing on rebuilding strength and improving posture. We recommend seeing you at 3 and 6 weeks postpartum to speed up recovery, get you moving sooner, and support you through the changes of this transformative stage.
